Beyond Touch is always open to get feedback on your purchase experience on care@beyondtouch.in.
We don't offer returns due to the nature of the products, unless the product arrives in a damaged or dysfunctional condition. We go above and beyond to ensure our products reach to the consumers in pristine condition.
However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or dysfunctional product, please email photos of the damaged or dysfunctional product on care@beyondtouch.in within 72 hours of receiving the product and our team will work towards finding a resolution (in some cases, sending one complimentary product or in certain cases refunding the amount, after due diligence from the Quality Control team).
Such faulty item once received at our warehouse, it will be checked by our quality team. If the return is approved, we will let you know (via email). Please allow up to 15 days from the day we approve a returned item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times.
Products on sale/discount once purchased by customer cannot be returned to or refunded by Beyond Touch.
WARRANTY
We offer a 100-day warranty period from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of getting a defective/non-functioning massager, please reach out to us on care@beyondtouch.in within 100 days of your purchase in order to claim your warranty. Please attach photos and videos of the problem with your massagers, along with the proof of purchase.
P.S.: You must be 21+ years of age to claim your warranty on the massagers.
