Due to the nature of the products, we don't offer any kind of replacement, unless the product arrives in a damaged or dysfunctional condition. We go above and beyond to ensure that our products reach to the consumers in pristine condition.


However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or dysfunctional product, please email photos of the damaged or dysfunctional product on care@beyondtouch.in within 48 hours of receiving the product and our team will work towards finding a resolution.

If we are unable to provide resolution online, we will get such faulty item at our warehouse and once received at our warehouse, it will be checked by our quality team. Once confirmed by QC team, replacement will be dispatched to you withing 3 working days and we will inform you via email.

Products on sale/discount once purchased by customer cannot be exchanged/replaced by Beyond Touch.

WARRANTY

We offer a 10-day warranty period from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of getting a defective/non-functioning massager, please reach out to us at care@beyondtouch.in within 10 days of your purchase in order to claim your warranty. Please attach photos and videos of the problem with your massagers, along with the proof of purchase.

P.S.: You must be 21+ years of age to claim your warranty on the massagers.
